Gamebrain is a serious game that combines bitesized learning with gamification and competitive, repetitive play.
My role during this project was varied, including initial prototyping, project setup, app side architecture, data structure and management, core game logic, gameplay, custom avatar system, shaders, 3D scene setup, lighting, and optimisations.
The game features a full custom avatar editor with multi custom coloured clothing and decal system, unlockable items, two game types, swipe mode and multichoice mode, along with two game modes Solo and VS. In VS mode players play asynchronously to compete against the player above them in the leaderboard.
